BDA Strategic Plan

Like most organisations the BDA has a clear vision of what we want to achieve over the next few years and this is set out in our Strategic Plan.

In it you will see what we want to do and why.

The Board of Directors of the BDA is responsible for ensuring the Plan is delivered and, at the end of it, reporting on our success to our members.

Our latest Strategic Plan was compiled following consultation with BDA staff, boards and members - you can read the full background document here
