Sophie is Registered Dietitian who graduated with a first class Master of Nutrition from the University of Nottingham in 2020. With experience working in the NHS and now private practice, Sophie has seen patients with a wide range of clinical condition but specialises in vegan/plant based diets and Eating Disorders. 

Sophie takes a modern, non-diet weight-inclusive approach and loves to cheer on and support her patients and clients. Sophie is a committee member for the Mental Health Specialist Group. See website for more information.
