About Me
My name is Shannon Quigley and I am a Registered Paediatric Dietitian specialising in allergy and feeding disorders.

I graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and since then have worked as a registered dietitian across community and acute settings.  Since graduating I have went on to complete MSc modules in Paediatric Dietetics with Plymouth University.

I started my career working in school meals for a local authority in Scotland.  Within this role I developed and implemented school menus that met Scottish Government legislation.  I also provided up to date, science based education programmes for staff and pupils alike.  This position helped me gain a passion for Paediatric nutrition. I spent a number of years in this position before obtaining my dream job as a Paediatric Dietitian.

I currently work as a Paediatric Specialist Dietitian both freelance and in the NHS.  I have a great passion for helping families.  Within my role in the NHS I specialise in Allergy, Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, Enteral Feeding and Fussy Eating.
