We will explore the nutritional treatments within a variety of liver conditions using evidence based practice, case studies, workshops and practical discussions.
A variety of topics will be covered including Liver cirrhosis, compensated and decompensated disease, food first strategies, empowering patients to make changes.
Specifically designed for dietitians in both the community and acute settings who have liver patients on their caseload but are not specialists in the area. Also beneficial for dietitians working in the area of hepatology for less than 2 years.
