Here at Nishti’s Choice, our mission is to empower parents to change the way they feed their children’s physical & emotional well-being.

What sets us apart is our holistic approach to care. The focus is very much on the integration between the body and the mind. 

Nishti is a registered dietitian with the HCPC in the UK and the National Board of Health, Denmark and Faroe Islands. She graduated from the University of Surrey in 2011 and in 2022 she obtained an MSc in Advanced Professional Practice in Paediatrics. She is also a certified mindfulness teacher and avid meditator.
