I'm Jodie Relf, a Registered Dietitian specialised in PCOS. 

After being diagnosed with PCOS in my early 20's I quickly realised how little and poor the support was for women with PCOS. I did an extensive amount of research and combined my knowledge around PCOS and intuitive eating to create a non-diet approach to managing PCOS because weight loss is not a proven or effective treatment to managing PCOS. 

I empower my clients with the knowledge and tools they need to better understand and manage their PCOS in ways that fit in with their lifestyle.
