I am a Registered Sport and Exercise Nutritionist and a Level 1 ISAK Anthropometrist. I am also a Registered Dietitian and a full member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).

I specialise in sport and exercise nutrition, working in endurance sports. I work with individuals and groups at all levels, from those just starting to exercise to elite athletes. I work with them to help them understand the types of foods that they require, how much they need and when they need it. This can help them to improve their performance and overall health.

Prior to specialising in sport and exercise, I worked within the NHS in a hospital setting and in schools promoting a healthy eating environment.
