I am an experienced dietitian with a demonstrated history of working in hospital and community settings.

Over the years I worked in the NHS, I covered various specialities: nutritional support in adults, gastroenterology, weight management in children and adults, gestational diabetes and type 2 diabetes, allergies, oncology, and nutrition in critically ill ( intensive care).

Furthermore, I have worked for a digital health company delivering diabetes education and behavioural change support for prediabetes and type 2 diabetes patients for the last three years.

As a freelancer, I currently specialize in preconception & fertility nutrition, female health, PCOS, endometriosis and pregnancy. In addition, I am interested in male fertility and offer consultations to couples preparing for IVF or other fertility treatments.
