Having worked in a large teaching hospital for 14 years I have developed a wealth of experience in the nutritional management of many health conditions.  My specialist area is renal/kidneys stages 3 to 5 where I have supported hundreds of people to manage their condition with diet and help those not on dialysis to stay off for as long as possible. I hold a masters certificate in supplementary prescribing and can lead on the medical and dietary management of renal bone health which is vital for preserving bone strength and a healthy vascular system.  

A renal diet must be tailored to individual requirements and I aim to support my clients by arming them with the knowledge of what should or shouldn't be eaten to build confidence and take away any anxiety surrounding food.
